INITIATIVES

University of Pavia is working on some supporting initiatives for students fleeing Ukraine and for Ukrainian people:

SUPPORTING INITIATIVES FOR STUDENTS

In order to allow Ukrainian students to continue their education, the registration to single course deadline has been postponed and fees waived. Therefore Ukrainian citizens who were/are living in their country, can enroll in single courses for free  for a maximum of 30ECTS. It is not possible to enroll in single courses that are part of limited access degree programs. Please find the course catalogue here.

The above mentioned students will be able to require the recognition of the previous academic path in Ukraine along with the single courses taken in Pavia, with the aim of enrolling in the academic year 2022/2023 with a shortened program.

Application fee for the academic year 2022/23 for Ukrainian students, currently residing in Ukraine or who fled their country, is waived.

Being aware of the situation, our offices are flexible for what concerns required documents,  translations and legalizations.

With regards to populations affected by the consequences of the war, the management of the University has decided to postpone the fourth installment deadline to May 15th for Ukrainian, Russian an Byelorussian students.

For assistance, please contact the Welcome Office.
