Canteens

The price to eat a canteen depends on your individual economic situation, you could pay from €3.50 to €7 for a complete meal. If you are awarded an EDiSU scholarship you will have a free meal per day.
A complete meal includes a first course (generally pasta or risotto), a second course, a side dish, bread, a dessert, and water.

Access to Edisu university canteens for the 2020-21 academic year is possible via the APP EDiSU-Pavia.EAT. Register first at EDISU to access this online service.

There are five canteens located around the city:

University Caffetterias

The university cafè is located in the central university building, in Cortile dei Tassi. As well as offering food and drink, it is a hub where students can study and socialise. It is open 7.00-20.00 everyday except Sunday, when it is closed.

There is also a cafè in the scientific pole: La Bouvette Dell’Ingegnere, located on Via Ferrata, 1.
It is open 8:30-16:30 during the week but closed at weekends.

Campus Acquae offers food and drink throughout the day, with a restaurant and pizzeria, a cafè and bar, and a swim bar. With everything from smoothies to cocktails to wood-fired pizza, this is a great place at any time of day. There are often offers for UNIPV students, and it’s an ideal location for meeting with friends.

 Water Dispensers

As part of UNIPV’s sustainability project, 9 water dispensers have been installed across the university. The machines are activated by the Carta Ateneo and offer room temperature, cold, and carbonated water, with a limit of 2 litres/person per day.
